Daily Health Tip! Staying Active at the Office
Stay active in the office by making sure you move a little every hour. Here are a couple ideas... stand and stretch, reach to the ceiling and take a few deep breaths once an hour or walk to the bathroom or water fountain/cooler once every hour. These little movements will help you remain productive during the day as well :)
