Sweet Treat!

Don't let those cravings for a sweet treat kill your entire day of healthy eating. Here is one way to get that sweet fix without breaking the diet: 

  • 1cup greek yogurt -- any flavor but be sure to look at the grams of sugar...some are outrageous!!
  • 2 gram crackers
  • handful of fresh or frozen berries
Mix them all together and enjoy!!
